Acceptance
By creating an account or using Trabalance you agree to these terms. If you are using it on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that business to them.
The service
Trabalance is a subscription product for running a business and keeping its books: selling, buying, stock, production, jobs, people and accounting, with reporting on all of it. What is switched on for your business is what you are charged for.
Your data
Your data is yours. We claim no ownership of anything you create or upload. You can export it at any time in standard formats, at no additional charge.
Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly. A change of plan takes effect at the next billing date. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund the period already paid for.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the product lawfully and in keeping with these terms. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential and for everything done under your account.
Availability and liability
The product is provided as it is. We work to keep it available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Our liability to you is limited to the fees you paid for the current billing period.
Changes
We may revise these terms. When we do, the date at the top changes and continued use after that date means you accept the revision.
